The staff was polite. breakfast had many choices! guest laundry was available and helpful. the shuttle service to the airport was prompt and efficient. It arrived within ten minutes. the proximity to the airport suited my needs perfectly.
the hotel was out of bottled water, a slight inconvenience.

the airport shuttle was efficient and quick. the room included shampoo, soap, and body lotion. i received complimentary bottled water and a bag of chips because i am a hilton member.
the walls seemed thin, i could hear some hallway noise.

the front desk staff was helpful.. especially with directions. i was able to get extra towels quickly when i asked. the shuttle service to the subway station was particularly convenient.
